Ignite & Inspire (previously known as Courses with Russ) is proud to partner with MidAmerica Nazarene University to offer graduate-level courses for continuing education credit, salary movement, and re-licensure.
Open-enrollment, online courses and book studies designed to aid teachers in broadening their scope, vision and knowledge in the classroom.
Our instructors and facilitators understand the work load and stressors that teachers face in and out of the classroom. We aim to not add to those! Courses should be enjoyable and not just adding to your already weighted workload.
We offer a wide range of book studies to meet the needs of all of our educators. The book studies are online, self-paced, and with open enrollment. Study where and when it fits your schedule. All course framework is designed to be 100% flexible.

Course Content & Format
Course offerings include graduate continuing education courses for 3 credits and over thirty 1 credit book studies.
We pride ourselves in creating learning platforms that are extremely user friendly. All course framework is designed to be 100% flexible.
Work at your own pace and time. Our courses are asynchronous online and accessible anytime and from anywhere at your convenience. Finish your course in as little as two, four, six, eight—or even twelve weeks—it’s up to you!

Our motivation since the beginning has been to help make the world a little better of a place for the children we teach as well as for our own kids.
After providing engaging content and courses for educators across the nation for 25 years as Courses With Russ, we were determined to include even more options for the education community we serve. After forming new partnerships to increase our course offerings, we rebranded to Ignite and Inspire Courses in 2025.
