Amy Hercules has 30 years of dedicated service in education with an extensive level of expertise in instructional and behavioral practices. She has cultivated a diverse teaching and administrative career working in both Title One and Non-Title buildings, Secondary and Elementary, as well as rural and urban schools. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and master’s in educational leadership from Baker University. Amy was recognized as the Principal of the Year for Area 1 in Kansas in 2023. She has also received awards with a teacher team in the implementation of Professional Learning Communities and partnered with WatchDogs in a local and national promotion of the program. Amy is passionate about fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments. She continually seeks out new learning opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance the educational experience for students. She transfers this same belief to supporting educators.
